Because Nurvito sells digital products delivered electronically, all sales are generally final.
We sell digital content such as e-books, audio materials, and worksheets, which are delivered or made accessible shortly after purchase.
Refund requests may be reviewed only in exceptional cases, including failure to receive the purchased file or access link, receiving the wrong file, or a technical issue that prevents full access to the purchased product.
